Dijon Lee commitment is huge for multiple reasons on field and off 🥶🐘‼️ As an aside: I know the ⭐️ ranking system has a degree of validity/ credibility, but if Keelon Russell is not bumped up to 5 asap it undermines the validity/credibility significantly in my mind and I bet I’m not alone. Multiple kids on the 5⭐️ list are less deserving than Keelon.

Also runs the longer track sprints and hurdles. So, I'm guessing he has great endurance. I think that's a real important intangible.

Don’t go to two a day shows. I was born & raised in Alabama, decided a while ago to join the Navy to see the world & now stationed in Rhode Island. Lifelong Gump. My commute is 30-40 everyday. I literally time my morning drive to the show. I look forward to the show every morning on my commute
